After you have completed the form and clicked on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form, a brief message will be displayed to inform you that your form has been received. You then need to Login to the FTP and upload your images or send us your images on a CD/DVD in the post. 'Stage B' will then be complete - for a step by step guide about Stages A & B click here. Please note that customers are not required to complete the Proof Card Setup process (Stage A) if they want to order Multi Sheet Packs.
