Please fill in your details on the Schools Panoramic Card Setup form. The carousel below is provided here to remind you of the layout of the Panoramic Proof Card that is available (eg. PAN-1). Clicking on the image in the carousel opens a larger preview image enabling you to see details of the forms more clearly. After you have completed the form and clicked on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form, a brief message will be displayed to inform you that your form has been received. We will then email you a first draft proof for you to approve along with your unique FTP login details ready for you to order your proof cards. Please allow 2 working days for this.
